Wash and slice the chillies down the middle and deseed

Add the mashed potato, tikka masala, chilli flakes and salt, then mix well

Stuff the chillies with the mixture, then set aside. To a bowl, add gram flour, chilli powder, ground coriander, salt, pepper and onion powder and mix in Irn Bru as needed to get the batter to the right consistency

Get a pan of oil on a high heat, then dip the chillies in the batter and deep fry until golden and crispy. Top with gold leaf, serve and enjoy!
