In an electric whisk, mix butter and sugar together until combined
Then, adding little by little, pour the flour in and combine with the other ingredients
Work the dough into a ball with your hands once all the flour is added and worked in. Wrap the ball of dough in cling film and place it into the fridge for thirty minutes
Pre-heat your oven to 180C. Remove from the fridge, flour a surface and begin to roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Using a cookie cutter, cut out shapes of cookies and place onto a lined tray. Pop in the oven for twelve to fifteen minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!
