Method

Step 1
Slice the chicken, then spray with Fry Light and coat in the breadcrumbs and five spice, then air fry for 20 minutes
Step 2
Chop the onion and slice the greens from the spring onion and add both to a bowl along with beansprouts, then mix with chilli olive oil. Fry in a hot pan with soy sauce and cook until all of the veg has softened
Step 3
In a separate pan, scramble the egg whites. Add the noodles and the vegetables, then serve with the chicken, spring onion and chilli and enjoy!
