Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 200C. Chop the white cabbage finely. Grate 3 carrots in a box grater or handheld grater

Step 2

In a pan or wok, heat the oil. Add the cabbage, carrot, and all the remaining ingredients and sauté until soft (takes a few minutes only)

Step 3

Spread the filling across the centre on a spring roll sheet. Then roll over the top and bottom corners into the centre, and flap over the left side corner, firmly tucking the filling in by rolling tightly. Wet the remaining corner to close the spring roll

Step 4

Place the spring rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, then bake in the oven until brown. Enjoy!
