Method

Step 1

Chop the onion, spring onion and protein of choice

Step 2

Heat a pan and stir fry the protein and then the onions. Pour in water so that the protein is submerged. Add in bonito powder. Then add enough soy sauce that the sauce is saltier than you like

Step 3

Partially beat an egg and add it to the protein. Cook until the egg is cooked the way you like it

Step 4

Serve on top of rice
