Next cut up your cauliflower into its florets. Dip each floret in the batter mixture, place in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200C) for 5 mins

Then, remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and repeat the process; dip in the batter mixture and then place back into the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes this time

Create the sauce. Into a pan over a low heat add buffalo sauce and honey. Then add in your fried cauliflower and toss together until the cauliflower are completely coated. Serve and enjoy!
