Method

Step 1

Fry garlic, rosemary, thyme and onion in a pan. Add gravy and heat until it thickens. Take the gravy off the heat and let it cool

Step 2

Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and 2/3 of the gravy for at least an hour. Air fry for 15 minutes at 200C. Use the remaining gravy to baste chicken. Air fry for a further 5 minutes
