Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon Bowl

Serves 2


Step 1

Wash and pat dry the salmon, then slice into 1” cubes

Step 2

Season the salmon with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well to coat, then mix in the teriyaki sauce

Step 3

Leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Spray your air fryer with avocado oil and cook the salmon for 7 minutes at 400ºF/200ºC

Step 4

Whilst the salmon’s cooking, microwave the rice according to packet instructions and chop the cucumber and avocado

Step 5

Place the salmon on a bed of rice, garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds and add the cucumber, avocado and nori alongside. Serve and enjoy!
