Healthy and quick tomato anchovy pasta

Method

Step 1
Slice the garlic, tomatoes, anchovies and capers
Step 2
Boil the spaghetti in salted water. In a pan add oil and garlic. Fry for a couple of minutes then add in tomatoes and anchovies
Step 3
Then add capers, lemon juice and pasta water. Add in the cooked spaghetti and garnish with parsley. Top with parmesan and enjoy!
