Method

Step 1
Grate half of the apple and place in a bowl with yoghurt and 1tbsp cinnamon. Mix well, then add 45g oats and mix well, leave to soak for 10 minutes
Step 2
In the meantime, dice the remaining ½ apple. Toast 23g oats in a dry pan along with the apple and walnuts
Step 3
Spread out the oatmeal in a bowl and top with the toasted, crunchy apple, oats and nuts, extra yoghurt and optional honey
