Start by washing your kale if unwashed, then place into a large salad bowl. Sprinkle over your salt and then massage into your kale.
Next chop up your apple into small dices, then add into the bowl.
Then add in your goats or blue cheese, crumble into small chunks before adding to the salad bowl. Mix well.
Then add your pecan nuts, again, combine well with the other salad ingredients.
Then add two generous tablespoons of your salad dressing of choice, this recipe suggests either a green salad dressing or an oil and lemon mixture, but use any you think would suit. Stir into the salad well and enjoy!
