Slice your beef into strips or cubes (your choice). Add the beef into the pressure cooker along with water, onion, 2 garlic cloves, a few celery leaves, butter and salt. Pressure cook for 15 minutes

Dice the bell pepper, 3 garlic cloves, mushrooms and carrot then set aside. To make the sauce mix soy, the minced garlic, sugar, chilli powder, chilli flakes, ginger, oyster sauce and sesame oil

In a wok or large pan heat some oil and cook the beef until it is crisp (2 minutes per side). Add a tablespoon of the sauce to the beef and mix. Add the bell pepper, mushrooms and carrot and cook till soft. Add the cooked spaghetti and the rest of the sauce. Combine well and enjoy
