Method

Step 1
To make a quick salad, roughly chop up your tomato, cucumber, red onion and a handful of coriander. Dress with olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper
Step 2
Then fill and roll each wrap with a generous helping of chilli
Step 3
Now place each wrap into a baking dish and top with your grated cheddar. Place into a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted
