Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Blend the chickpeas, then place in a bowl. Dice the shallot and garlic and add along with paprika, cumin, oregano, salt and baking powder. Preheat your oven to 180ºC

Step 2

Mix and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll into balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Spray with fry light and bake for 20 minutes

Step 3

Make a dipping sauce/dressing by mixing tahini, lemon juice, yoghurt and garlic, serve and enjoy!
