Baked gnocchi with ham, garlic, tomatoes and cheese.
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
1 pack gnocchi
1 tin tomato pasta sauce
100g cooked ham
1 large handful cheese
Start by chopping your onion and garlic finely, then get them both cooking in a pan on a medium heat. After frying for a couple of minutes add in your salami.
Next, boil your gnocchi for a few minutes, or until it floats to the top of the pan. When cooked, add it to the pan.
Then go in with your favourite tomato based pasta sauce and passata. Stir well and combine everything together whilst letting the sauce cook.
Stir in your cooked ham chunks to combine with the sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Cover with your choice of cheese and place under a grill for ten minutes. or until the cheese turns golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
