“Whole seabass baked with lemon”

Method

Step 1

Prepare your seabass by lying them in a baking dish and slicing the skin open along the body.

Step 2

Then, mix all of the seasonings including fresh parsley in a bowl along with a glug of olive oil. Mix well

Step 3

Using a pastry brush, brush on your seasoning mix making sure to place extra seasoning in slices you created before. Season both sides of the fish

Step 4

Cover with clingfilm and marinate for thirty minutes

Step 5

Bake in an oven at 200C for twenty to twenty five minutes
