Start by cubing your potatoes. When done, add into a baking dish, drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Bake for thirty minutes at 180C.

Then, dice onion and chop up your herbs, Crush your garlic and add it all into a pan on a medium heat. Then sprinkle on some chilli flakes and add in your potatoes.

Mix it all in well so the flavours combine. Then dust over coriander and turmeric for an extra kick. Serve and enjoy!
