Add the flour, yeast, oil and 1/2tsp sugar to a bowl, slowly adding water and kneading until you have pizza dough and leave to rise. Whisk together cream, cream cheese, an egg, vanilla extract and 75g sugar in a separate bowl for your cheesecake mixture

Melt the Biscoff spread slightly in the microwave and roll or toss your pizza dough into a circle, spread over the Biscoff spread and top with the cheesecake mixture (you should have cheesecake mix left over)

Melt 75g sugar in a pan until it’s a golden brown and add the walnuts, stir through until they’re fully coated before chopping (once cooled)
Step 4
Cook the pizza in a pizza oven until browned or in an oven for 8-10 minutes at 240ºC. Top with the caramelised nuts, serve and enjoy!
