Method

Step 1
Dice the mushrooms, then melt the butter in a pan and add the mushrooms along with sage and lemon juice
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, cover and leave to cook for 5 minutes
Step 3
Heat the beans in a saucepan and add hemp or chia seeds, nutritional yeast and mixed herbs. Allow to simmer whilst the mushrooms go nice and golden
Step 4
Toast the bread and top with the baked beans and the lemony mushrooms, serve and enjoy!
