Method

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200ยฐC. Grate up your potatoes, then mix in a bowl, with the garlic powder, nigella seeds, and some salt and pepper; toss to mix and set aside

Step 2

Line a tray with foil, place the sausages and bacon on, then prick the sausages and coat with a little oil. Place the tray in the oven

Step 3

Get your burgers out and season, then drizzle with oil

Step 4

Place your potato into a tea towel, then squeeze out all the moisture you can. Fluff up then set aside

Step 5

Fry your burgers on a medium heat till golden on both side; set aside and allow to rest

Step 6

Sprinkle the hash browns into the pan in rough circles, and once golden on one side, flip. Fry your eggs in rings (if you have them) once flipped, and once the eggs are cooked, remove from the heat.

Step 7

Toast off your buns, then layer them mayo, hash brown, burger, bacon, ketchup, sausage and egg. Enjoy!
