Method

Step 1

Prep: dice the onion and pepper, chop the spinach, slice the avocado and beat the eggs

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a pan and add the onion, red pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and paprika and mix

Step 3

Add the chopped spinach and mix

Step 4

Add the eggs and scramble

Step 5

Once the eggs are cooked, mix everything together

Step 6

Put the eggs and vegetables onto a tortilla wrap, top with mozzarella, sriracha and avocado, fold and enjoy
