1/4 onion
1 green chilli
10 cherry tomatoes
10 mushrooms
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
2 eggs
7 strips bacon
2 slices bread
2 garlic cloves
Mint
Coriander
Method
Step 1
In a pan add oil, chopped garlic, chopped chilli and sliced onion, sauté for 2 minutes. Add sliced tomatoes and mushrooms, cook on medium high for 10 minutes. Finish off with salt, pepper, mint and coriander
