Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Chop the broccoli and trim the green beans, then boil until tender. Dice the red onion and set aside

Step 2

Drain the vegetables, then run under cold water to cool

Step 3

Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey and mustard and whisk until smooth to make the vinaigrette

Step 4

In a large bowl, add the broccoli, green beans, onion, almonds, cranberries and dressing. Toss until well combined, then serve and enjoy!
