Method
Step 1
Chop the tomatoes and place in a bowl
Step 2
Add chopped basil and season with salt
Step 3
Drizzle olive oil on top. Mince 2 garlic cloves in and give it a good mix
Step 4
Drizzle olive oil the bread and toast till crispy
Step 5
Rub the bread with some garlic. Top with the tomato mix and enjoy
