Step 1
Place hash brown in an air fryer for 8 minutes at 180C. In a pan add oil, chopped onion, chopped Brussel sprouts, salt, pepper and garlic powder, and cook till softened. Place bacon in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180C

Boil a room temperature egg for 6 minutes. Place the egg in cold water then peel. Add chopped chives to the vegetables and then plate up the components
