Method

Step 1
Start by dicing your chicken breast into small chunks. Then, oil a pan and cook them until browned off. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and pop into a mixing bowl
Step 2
Add yoghurt, hot sauce, garlic powder, thyme and a sliced up spring onion and give it all a good mix.
Step 3
Open up your pitta and stuff it with your buffalo chicken mix, top with cheese and place into the oven at 220C for five minutes. Enjoy
