Step 1
Remove the leaves from your cauliflower and cut it into thick slices.
Step 2
Season the steak slices with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Step 3
Add some olive oil to a searing hot pan and add the cauliflower steaks.
Step 4
Flip when golden brown, lower the heat and add in butter, rosemary and garlic. Baste the steak in the pan.
Step 5
Place your pan into the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180c.
