Dice the onion and fry in a large pot with the beef and cook until browned

One browned, drain the grease and move the mince and onions to one side, then add the garlic and cook for around 2 minutes

Add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce along with Italian seasoning, seasoning salt, black pepper, soy sauce, bay leaves, 750ml/3 cups water and sugar

Bring to a boil, then add macaroni, stir well, cover and simmer for 20 minutes

Remove the bay leaves, stir in cream and cheese cut into cubes. Simmer until the cheese has melted, serve and enjoy!
