Cheesy Garlic Potatoes

Serves 6


Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grab yourself some medium size rooster potatoes and coat them in olive oil and salt

Step 2

Grab a large bulb of garlic and slice it in half horizontally. Place the top half face down in the middle

Step 3

Crimp all of the tin foil together into a parcel and place it in the oven for 1 hour

Step 4

In the meantime, combine light Philadelphia, salt, pepper, and sugar and give it a really good stir

Step 5

After an hour, take the garlic out of the oven and place the potatoes back in for another 20 minutes. The garlic should crush easily

Step 6

Chop up some fresh parsley and add it to melted butter with the garlic and stir together to form a paste

Step 7

Slice the potatoes into sections and then spoon in the cheesy mixture followed by the garlic butter. Try to push it into all of the nooks and crannies

Step 8

Place back into the oven for another 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius and theyโ€™re done!
