Slice up the chicken, bell peppers and onion and add to a bowl

Season with garlic granules, cumin, chilli, paprika, salt, pepper, msg, garlic paste, tomato puree and olive oil. Mix well ensuring all the chicken has been coated, then set aside

Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add two slices of the cheese squares to one half of the tortilla and fold in half pressing down on the tortilla. Starting from one side roll up into a cone, overlapping enough to be able to hold the cone shape together using a cocktail stick

Preheat the oven to 180C. Roll up some aluminium foil into a ball and place into the cone to enable it to hold its shape, Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until firm

Heat a large frying pan, wok or skillet and add in the the mixed chicken, peppers and onions and cook through
Step 6
Let the cones cool. Remove the cocktail sticks from the cones and fill 3/4 of the cone with the spicy chicken mixture. Top with lettuce, garlic sauce and spring onions
