First, pop a pan of water on to boil, then grab a pan and add your broccoli and a dash of water, your pepper, cut into slices and steam for 5 minutes

Add the pesto to the pan, along with the cream and a spoonful of the cream cheese and let it all melt and mix together

Your water should be boiling now, so add some salt and your pasta and cook as per packet instructions. Once cooked add to your cheesy pesto mixture and combine well, before adding the juice from your lemon and some chilli flakes for a little kick

Plate up and add some vegan parmesan before tucking in - enjoy
