Ingredients
Serves 2
2 chicken breasts
1 cup cooked rice
1 bell pepper
1 handful spinach
2tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp paprika
1tbsp garlic powder
1 lemon
2tbsp honey
5 sprays oil
Method
Step 1
Chop the chicken into bite size pieces, add 1tbsp soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika and the juice from half the lemon
Step 2
Mix until well coated. Put a pan on a medium heat with oil, add the chicken and cook for 2 mins on each side
Step 3
Turn the heat off and add 1tbsp honey, mix and set aside
Step 4
Dice the pepper and fry with spinach. Cover and cook until soft
Step 5
Add the rice and chicken to the pan along with 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp honey and the juice of Β½ a lemon, mix and serve
