Chicken Breast with Philadelphia and Spinach

More than just cream cheese! Have you ever tried a Philadelphia and spinach stuff chicken breast! If not, stop what you're doing, this easy recipe is perfect for a quick dinner!


Serves 1


Step 1
Start by blanching your spinach for 30 seconds in boiling water then let it drain and cool
Step 2
Then, into a mixing bowl, add your Philadelphia cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice and your cooked spinach. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined
Step 3
Season the chicken with anything you like but salt and pepper at least! Then, cut along the edge to make a pouch inside for your stuffing
Step 4
Stuff the pouch in the chicken breast with the Philadelphia and spinach mixture. Place into a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Once done, leave to rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
