Chicken Egg Fried Rice

Serves 1


Step 1

Prepare your chicken breast, garlic, carrot, onion, and mushrooms by chopping. Mix your eggs with a fork and cook the rice, then spray oil in a high heat pan

Step 2

Put the chicken in the pan with 2tbsp soy sauce and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes before setting aside on a plate

Step 3

Add garlic into the same pan and cook for 30 seconds before adding the carrots and onions. Add the mushrooms once browned

Step 4

Push the veg to the side and add the eggs and keep stirring under a low heat

Step 5

Add the rice to the pan and stir with the eggs and veg

Step 6

Add your chicken back into the pan with peas

Step 7

Add extra soy sauce mixed with corn-starch (optional), let it cook and you’re ready to eat
