Prepare your chicken breast, garlic, carrot, onion, and mushrooms by chopping. Mix your eggs with a fork and cook the rice, then spray oil in a high heat pan

Put the chicken in the pan with 2tbsp soy sauce and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes before setting aside on a plate

Add garlic into the same pan and cook for 30 seconds before adding the carrots and onions. Add the mushrooms once browned
