Chicken Kebab with Homemade Garlic Slaw

Serves 4


Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into medallions and add to a bowl

Step 2

Add liquid smoke, 1tsp lemon juice and olive oil to the chicken

Step 3

Season the chicken with smoked paprika, garam masala, coriander powder, garlic granules, MSG, 1/2tsp salt, pepper, cumin powder and chilli powder

Step 4

Thinly slice, the celery, cabbage, carrot and onion. Add a pinch of salt, 1tsp lemon juice, garlic paste and mayonnaise. Once mixed cover and place in the refrigerator

Step 5

Heat a griddle or frying pan and add the chicken, cook on both sides and then rest in a covered bowl

Step 6

Heat the flatbread on the griddle

Step 7

Combine greek yoghurt, 1tsp lemon juice and 1/2tsp garlic paste. Spread over the bread and top with slaw and chicken. Serve and enjoy
