Slice the pepper, chop the onion and crush the garlic

In a pot add the pepper, onion, garlic, chicken, tomato paste, smoked paprika, adobo, chilli flakes and hot sauce. Then add enough chicken stock and water to submerge the chicken

Simmer on low to medium heat for an hour
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the pot and shred. Place the shredded chicken back into the broth. Place some chicken onto the tortilla and serve
