Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Add rice to a bowl and wash. Add coconut oil, turmeric, ground ginger, 1/2tsp salt, garlic powder, chicken broth and water to the rice. Place in a rice cooker and leave it to cook

Step 2

Place 2tbsp of olive oil into a pan then add the chicken shawarma. Cook for 8-10 minutes

Step 3

Chop the cucumber, tomatoes and onion. Transfer to a bowl

Step 4

Season the salad with 1tbsp olive oil, 1/2tsp salt and pepper

Step 5

Flip the chicken over and cook on the other side

Step 6

Heat up the pita. Assemble the plate with rice, humus, pita, shawarma, tzatziki and salad. To the humus add 1tsp of olive oil and paprika. Enjoy!
