Chicken Stir Fry

Serves 1


Step 1

Chop the pepper, carrot, mushrooms, broccoli and spring onion and dice the chicken

Step 2

Add the vegetables to a pan with olive oil, 1tbsp soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic and ginger

Step 3

Mix together and cook until the vegetabes are cooked through (be careful not ton overcook!) and put the veg on a plate

Step 4

Add the diced chicken to the pan you cooked the veg in with 1tsbp of soy sauce and black pepper

Step 5

Cook the chicken for 12 minutes until the juices run clear

Step 6

Add the veggies back in and you're ready to eat!
