Student essential, a chicken stir fry

Step 1
Start by chopping up your chicken breast, asparagus, pepper and spring onion into small pieces. Then season the chicken with 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of corn starch, massage everything with your hands and begin to fry in a hot pan until browned. Remove the chicken from the pan
Step 2
Keep the pan on a high heat and add in some sesame oil. Fry your vegetables on a high heat for around five minutes and then add your chicken back into the pan. Add in more sesame oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce. Mix together some cornstarch and some water and add this into the pan too. Stir to combine everything well! Serve with noodles or rice
