Add 1tbsp dark soy sauce, 1tbsp shauzing wine, 1/2tbsp sesame oil, salt, 1/2tsp MSG, 1/2tsp white pepper and 1/2tbsp cornflour and mix well

In a small bowl, mix 1tbsp dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, 1tbsp shauzing wine, 1/2tbsp sesame oil, water, 1/2tsp MSG, 1/2tsp white pepper, 2tsp cornflour and sugar and mix well

Heat some veg oil in a pan and add in the chicken and, whilst itβs browning, cook the noodles

Drain the noodles and toss with 1/2tbsp sesame oil

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside, mince the garlic and add to the pan and add the veg after a minute. Add the noodles, chicken and sauce, serve and enjoy!
