Serves 1


Step 1
Cut up your chicken breast into tender sized pieces.
Step 2
Drizzle oil into your frying pan.
Step 3
Add your chicken to the pan and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 4
While your chicken is cooking, chop up your onion, dice your garlic and your mushrooms.
Step 5
Remove your chicken from the frying pan and place into a container. Set aside.
Step 6
Add some more oil to the pan, along with the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add two teaspoons of paprika and stir in.
Step 8
Add two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and stir in.
Step 9
Add a cup of chicken stock and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Step 10
Add in a tablespoon of tomato paste and season with salt and pepper.
Step 11
Add the sour cream and once stirred in, add your chicken back in. Mix, let it reheat and stir through some parsley.
