Step 1
To the chicken thighs add tandoori masala powder, cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, garlic, ginger, onion, tomato, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Marinate for at least an hour. Air fry at 200C for 20 minutes
Step 2
Make tikka mayonnaise by combining mayonnaise with low fat tikka masala curry sauce and mustard
Step 3
Assemble the burger with a toasted brioche bun, salad, chicken and tikka mayonnaise
