Chop the onion. Dice the chicken and marinate with 20g mild high protein curry powder, 1/2tbsp ginger garlic paste and 100g 0% fat yoghurt. Marinate for at least 30 minutes
Step 2
Fry the chicken on high heat for 6-8 minutes. Remove from the pan and add onion and cardamom
Step 3
Add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, chilli, tomatoes, water and 10g curry powder. Combine cream and 100g yoghurt together. Add to the curry along with the chicken and enjoy
