Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat up a large pan with olive oil and butter and add in the chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side

Transfer the chicken to a plate to rest. Add minced garlic to the pan. Fry for a minute, then add water to deglaze the pan. Add cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, thyme, honey, salt, red pepper flakes and pepper. Let it simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces then add to the pan. Spoon the juices over the chicken. Take it off the heat and add the burrata balls and open them up
