Method

Step 1

Add the oats, banana, protein powder, egg, almond milk and baking powder to a blender and blend until smooth. Preheat your oven to 180ºC

Step 2

Add to a small baking dish, then press the dark chocolate into the middle and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 15 minutes, allow to rest for 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
