Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Combine 60g melted butter, milk, bread flour, 50g white sugar, yeast, 1 egg and 1 yolk. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Rest for 1-2h or until doubled in size

Step 2

Roll out dough into a rectangle until about half a cm thick. Spread 60g butter evenly, then sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon evenly. Roll the dough and cut 8-9 cinnamon rolls

Step 3

Rest for a further 30 minutes, then bake at 180C for 12-15min or until just golden brown

Step 4

For the frosting combine 50g butter, icing sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Spread on the cooled cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
