Description

If you've never tried coconut fried rice before, you need to try this recipe!

Ingredients

Method

Step 1
Start by emptying two cans of coconut milk into a pot, place on a medium heat, stir and add curry powder as well as aromat seasoning.
Step 2
Add in washed rice, cover and place a lid over the top. Leave to cook.
Step 3
Add a heaped tsp of coconut oil to a separate pan. Add in diced steak, diced chicken and your prawns if they're uncooked. Once cooked, remove from the pan.
Step 4
Dice your onion, carrot and peppers, slice up your spring onion. In the same oil in the same pan, add the onions and begin to soften. Follow with the carrot as the onion begins to soften.
Step 5
Add your cooked rice to the pan of veg, and combine. Add in your peppers and add the meat and fish back into the pan. Stir well and combine, finish with spring onion and serve.
