Ingredients
Serves 2
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
100g coconut yoghurt
1tsp garlic granules
1tsp chilli flakes
1/2 lime
Salt
Pepper
Method
Step 1
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, coconut yoghurt, lime juice and chilli flakes
Step 2
Air fry for 20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through
