This earthy, coconutty matcha is so refreshing on hot summer days!
First, use the sliced strawberries to create ice cubes that you'll use later in your drink. Place some slices into each mould, top with water, and place into your freezer
Once your ice cubes are ready, you can prepare the rest of your drink. Pass the matcha powder through a fine sieve to make sure there are no lumps. Add water, little by little until a smooth, runny paste is formed, then set aside
Grab your class. Place some of your strawberry ice cubes into the glass, then fill the glass with your coconut water. Add your matcha paste on top. Use a straw to mix your matcha paste into the coconut water, then it is ready to drink. Enjoy!
