This easy, delicious rice dish is the side you need in your life, it's herby, flavourful and perfect on the side of any Chinese dishes
Ingredients
Serves 2
175g cooked rice
150g cooked crab
1 egg
3 cloves garlic
1 white onion
1 handful fresh parsley
2tbsp soy sauce
Vegetable oil
Method
Step 1
Roughly chop the onion and parsley and set aside. Finely chop the garlic and fry in a large pan with a little oil
Step 2
Crack the egg in and scramble, then add the rice and mix well
Step 3
Add soy sauce and mix well, then add the chopped onion
Step 4
Add the parsley, then add the crab meat. Serve and enjoy!
